We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com to request a RGA # and to obtain your return instructions. Unauthorized returns unfortunately cannot be accepted. No returns will be accepted 31 days after date of invoice.
Our warehouse takes pride in packing and shipping our products and would appreciate the same attention to ensure damage does not occur during transit. Products must be retuned in the original packaging, can not have been installed and must be in re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all qualifying returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
